Yeah, so I couldn't think of a funky title for this one. Now onto what I thought of the book, Pick Me.
Pick Me, was hot! The tags on it are Romance, Erotica, and Romantic Comedy. It also tags it as Contemporary Romance, but I don't know how you can have a romance that erotica can be a contemporary romance when contemporary is a romance that doesn't go into the descriptions of sex as erotica does. I guess whatever this author, Kristine Mason, and anyone else who tags it wants it to be.
So we start out with Val, she is the former assistant producer on Pick Me, who is now the contestant aka the bachelorette, and thought to be a school teacher. The bachelors on there are Trent, the rocker dentist, Brad, the personal trainer, and Colt, farm boy, a sports agent who is also a lawyer. Val has to date all three guys, but in the beginning, she gets to pick the one she would like to start out with. That would be bachelor number one, Colt.
Unbeknownst to her, Colt is also the same guy she had a one-night stand with six months earlier. She walked out of his life that and he had been trying to find her ever since. Now that he has found her, he doesn't want to lose her again.
Will they be able to get through the show without anyone finding out they know each other from before the show? What will Colt say when he finds out she isn't really a school teacher just in this for the money?

My opinion of the book? Oh yeah, that's what we're here for. LOL! So yeah, I loved it. I know it took me a while to get through it, but in my defense, I do work a part-time job and I have two kids I run after. Also, I'm in the middle of transitioning into a new place in my personal life. That's why it took me so long to get through the book. This is definitely a book I would recommend to someone looking for something that isn't too raunchy of a read, but has some good scenes in it that make you drool. It even has a little bit of laughter to add to it.
So if you're looking for something to make you drool but make you laugh, then this is the book for you.
***Note*** I found this book via a free book site for kindle. At the moment of writing this review the book is still free, but normally priced at $2.99 for digital and $2.65 for paper back.
**I also post this review and others I write on the platform which I bought the book and anywhere else I find it listed, as well as goodreads.com, where I'm a member of as an author for my own books.**
